Store Manager is responsible for the successful operation, sales growth and leadership of the store. The Store Manager is responsible for providing clear and concise guidance, leadership and training to the store assigned to them. The incumbent shall able to perform all actions associated with customer service, sales, administration of the store and training of sales associates and assistant managers. They will ensure their store complies of all corporate and management guidelines. They should be able to provide and perform all functions of a store as needed. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Provide clear and concise guidance, leadership and training to employees assigned to them; 2. Assumes and maintains responsibility for management, all processes of the store and all employees that work in the store; 3. Perform and instruct on all systems and functions in the stores; 4. Perform and meet timelines on all tasks assigned for by management; 5. Research, define and implement all policies as prescribed by corporate and management; 6. Research, define and implement operational improvements and/or sales and marketing programs in support of all store’s sales growth goals; 7. Maintains the store’s compliance with all policies, procedures, corporate and/or management standards. Informs management when the store falls out of compliance; 8. Reasonable for interviewing and hiring applicants for employment for their assigned store; 9. Develop, plan, coordinate and implement policies that increase the stores sales growth, employee development and processes as well as implementing corporate assist and management policies and initiatives; 10. Provide continuous and consistent training to all employees per Corporate and management guidelines; 11. Provide fair, firm, clear and consistent leadership to all stores in a management style that is acceptable by company guidelines; 12. Must be available by phone during Store Business hours up to 1 hour after closing; 13. Ensure all stores assigned to them are providing a customer service experience that falls into the parameters set by corporate and management; *This duty and responsibilities list are not all inclusive and does not all include tasks and responsibilities that the incumbent may be assigned and may be changed with or without notice.
